Louis Fujita

An assassin worked under an unknown organization. His childhood was a tragedy, after the incident in Kokyou he became an orphan with his sister, Aoi. Despite the young age, Louis was a gun expert as well as karate master. On the other hand, his sword skills was quite bland. He also taught Aoi to become a mighty warrior, to fulfill his mother last wish as well...
Early concept
My first thought he was going to be a samurai, but I ended up with an assassin. The costume yet did not have interesting shape.
Main concept
The timeline was around 2023 so it would be more interesting if his costume could be modernized a bit. I did some combination between haori (Japanese jacket) and military style.

Aoi Fujita

Louis sister, unlike him she was a mischievous and naughty girl. She was a failure in people's eye when she was a kid. After the incident in Kokyou, she completely became more mature and she willing to use her strength to protect people she loved. Aoi was a sword expert, her father's one got possessed the powerful source from her ancestor thanks to her special pendant.
Early concept
One of my early character in my personal project. My initial design was not in a properly way, plus some part did not make sense as well as its functionality.
Main concept
Her design still bland however, the shape wise is fine. I was not going to full Japanese style like Louis concept, for Aoi i added some East european style more than military.

Expressions
Aoi was naughty and mischievous, she was brutal as well however she still got some sympathy. Sometimes she was being childish and paranoid.

A middle-age guy claimed himself as a professional engineer, not trustworthy... Nobody knew his backstory nor his life... His appearance made everyone walks through him feel insecure. “He was the tallest and toughest guy I’ve ever seen in my life” said Aoi.
